Resort House Rules

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards

• Check-out: 12:00 NN (Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges)

• Valid identification is required upon check-in.


2. Reservation & Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be settled upon check-in unless otherwise arranged.

• No refunds for early check-out or unused nights.


3. Visitors & Guests

• Only registered guests are allowed inside the villas.

• Visitors must register at the front desk and are only allowed in common areas until 10:00 PM.


4. Noise & Disturbance

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Please respect other guests and avoid loud music or disruptive behavior.


5. Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Designated smoking areas are available.

• Excessive alcohol consumption and unruly behavior will not be tolerated.


6. Pool & Common Areas

• Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Proper swimwear is required. No running, diving, or rough play in the pool area.

• Do not leave personal belongings unattended. The resort is not responsible for lost items.


7. Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Keep the villa and resort premises clean.

• Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.

• Housekeeping is available daily. Please inform reception for additional requests.


8. Prohibited Activities

• Drugs, gambling, and illegal activities are strictly forbidden.

• Cooking inside the villas is not allowed.


9. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed unless specified in the booking terms.


10. Safety & Security

• Always lock your villa when leaving.

• The resort is not liable for lost valuables. Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk.

• In case of emergencies, contact reception immediately.


By staying at 89 Villas Resorts and Spa El Nido, you agree to comply with these rules. Non-compliance may result in penalties or eviction without refund.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Payment Policy

1. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your booking. Payment can be made through GCash, Security Bank, or Metro Bank.

2. Reservations without a payment deposit will be automatically canceled after 24 hours from the time of booking.

3. No refunds are allowed, but guests may rebook their reservation under the conditions outlined below.


Rebooking & Cancellation Policy

1. Rebooking:

• We allow one-time free rebooking within six (6) months from your original travel date.

• Rebooking requests must be made at least seven (7) days before your arrival date.

• No rebooking is allowed within 7 days before arrival. If no rebooking is requested before this period, the booking will be forfeited.

2. Room Downgrade/Upgrade:

• Room downgrades are not allowed.

• Room upgrades are allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

3. Cancellations due to Force Majeure (Bad Weather, Acts of God, etc.):

• In such cases, guests are allowed to rebook twice (2x) free of charge.

• No refunds will be given.

4. No-Show Policy:

• If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be forfeited with no refund or rebooking option.


Arrival & Check-in Policy

1. Guest Confirmation Requirement:

• Guests must respond to our confirmation messages and provide arrival updates.

• If we do not receive any update by 2:00 PM on the arrival date, the reservation will be canceled and the room will be made available to other guests.

2. Late Arrivals:

• Guests arriving after 2:00 PM must inform the resort in advance.

• Full payment is required for late arrivals.


Incidental Deposit & Refund Processing

1. A PHP 2,000 incidental deposit per room per night will be collected upon check-in. This is refundable upon checkout, subject to damage and incidental charges.

2. If a refund is approved by management under exceptional cases, a 5% processing fee will be deducted, and the refund may take up to 60 working days to process.


Other Important Notes

• This promotion is book-and-buy, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

• By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to comply with the policies stated above.
